সারাদেশে ৩ হাজার ৭৩২টি সংস্থায় ৬ হাজার গার্ডে প্রায় ৫০ হাজার সাধারণ
আনসার সদস্য অঙ্গীভূত রয়েছে। প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের পর আপনিও হতে পারেন একজন
গর্বিত অঙ্গীভূত আনসার। আগ্রহ ও যোগ্যতা থাকলে আপনিও আবেদন করতে পারেন।
চূড়ান্তভাবে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের ১০ সপ্তাহ মেয়াদী সাধারণ আনসার
প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণ করতে হবে। প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্স পূর্ণ মেয়াদে আনসার ভিডিপি
একাডেমি গাজীপুরে পরিচালিত হবে।
সম্প্রতি এই বাহিনীতে সাধারণ আনসারের শূন্য পদ পূরণের লক্ষ্যে অস্থায়ী ভিত্তিতে শুধু পুরুষ প্রার্থীদের বাছাই করা হবে বলে বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।
